MORE ABOUT: LENA IKER-ENDRESS

I am many things – and passionate about them. What started with print quickly became more digital, more creative, more dynamic. From the editorial desk to the control room, from the article to the concept, from the interview to the campaign. Why? Because I can't stand still. I love language, images, ideas – and I love weaving them all together. Every role I take on today is part of my story. And my curiosity. And my ability to evolve. The result is a job that doesn't fit into one category – but suits me pretty well.

A beautiful word turns me on – it may sound cringe, but it's honest. Words are my daily bread and my secret love. I easily manage 30,000 words a day – spoken or written. Because a large part of my work is copywriting: for B2B clients, websites, LinkedIn ghostwriting, agencies, concepts, and campaigns. For over 17 years, I have been working as a journalist and editor – for local media as well as for magazines, blogs, television, and streaming platforms. I work according to journalistic standards: I develop topics, research stories, and implement them – curiously, enthusiastically, regardless of the topic. Although I have to admit: My sports nerd heart beats especially fast when it comes to exercise – and that's exactly what a professional

focus emerged.

I love beautiful things. Words that touch me. Images that stick with me. Videos that blow me away. Graphics that etch themselves into my mind. This love flows into everything I do. As a creative, I develop ideas and concepts – for video formats, campaigns, set designs, or even entire websites. I've created website concepts, designed graphics for case studies, and reimagined presentations. In short: If you need a creative idea, I'm there.

Directing – that sounds big. Sometimes it is. But mostly it's simple: really good teamwork. The camera in focus, the story in mind, the people in focus. I love bringing stories from my head to the screen – and creating emotions. My experience as a creative helps me translate concepts into storyboards and shot lists. I can think quickly on set, handle pressure, and make decisions that work.

DIRECTOR

Strategy comes with experience. Over the past 15 years, I've had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients – from startups to agencies, from SMEs to solo entrepreneurs. I've learned that creativity without strategy is like a sport without rules – nice, but not sustainable.

I always think strategically about content. Whether it's a communications campaign, a pitch deck, or a positioning workshop – I bring a creative and conceptual perspective. And always keep the goal in mind.

STRATEGIST

STORY FIRST.

BULLSHIT NEVER.
